This tool is a light weight, hand held device for stream lining your pallet threading. This device makes, pallet threading quicker, easier and reduce the work of kneeling down and stooping.
It works with nearly all types of composite and plastic strapping.
How this device increases the productivity?
With the kneeling, bending and do-overs, it takes, 20 to 50 seconds per strap to be attached with the packaging. A 100 straps can take upto 83 minutes ( 1hour 23 minutes) to thread the strap with the package.
This device can handle the same, 100 straps in about 540 seconds/9 minutes. That is a massive increase in production efficiency.
